வறுமையை இல்லாதொழிக்கும் பணிகளில் உலகம் பூராவும் அரசியல் தலைவர்களின் அக்கறை அருகிக் கொண்டு போகும் துரதிர்ஷ்டவசமான நிலைமையையே காணக்கூடியதாக இருக்கிறது.
