සදීශ්වරන් හිරු නැගෙන්නට පෙර කෝවිලට ආවේ සුවද කපුරු දල්වා කන්නගි අම්මාන් දේවිදුගේ ආශිර්වාදය ලබා ගැනීමේ අරමුණෙනි. ඔහු සේම දේව ආශිර්වාදය ලබා ගැනීමට පැමිණි තවත් කිහිප දෙනෙක් මඩකලපුව වන්දාරමුල්ලේ පිහිටි මෙම කෝවිල් භූමියේ දෙවිදුට පූජා පවත්වමින් සිටිහය.
